Dataro

An AI fundraiser that stays with the work

Stuart home briefing with an overnight fundraising opportunity

Stuart explored what Dataro could look like if fundraising work were organized around an AI agent rather than a collection of static tools and campaign workflows. I worked with product to rethink the experience around opportunities the system could surface proactively, the context behind those recommendations, and the work Stuart could prepare, assist with, and follow through on across a fundraiser’s day.

I designed the core product model, interaction flows, and visual system, then built working prototypes to explore how the agent should behave across states like opportunity discovery, prospect review, call preparation, live assistance, transcript capture, follow-up, and completion.

Impact

The work gave the team a concrete model for what an agent-native version of Dataro could become. Stuart was reviewed internally as a future product direction and helped move the conversation beyond chat interfaces toward agents that could identify work, stay aware of context, and carry tasks through multiple steps with the fundraiser still in control.
